My Story
I am a southern girl through and through, born and raised in Rogersville, Alabama. My passions are simple: Jesus, people, music, and coffee. As long as I am surrounded by those four things, I have everything I need.
I believe my calling is to teach people more about the love and character of God and help others to be the very best version of themselves in Christ. I want to see God's Kingdom come on this earth as it is in Heaven and that happens through His people.
Just before I started this journey of writing, God illuminated a passage of scripture to me that I believe He gave me as a life verse to live by in my calling. That verse is Isaiah 50:4 which says: "The Lord has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary. Morning by morning he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught." I may not be the most educated or equipped, but I know that my calling and wisdom come from the Lord to use for His glory in the earth.
That is my calling. That is my purpose. That is my story. Love God and help the weary.
